    • PREVENT MANIPULATION

      Encourage emotional freedom

EchoLove was born as an Erasmus+ research project to support schools and youth educators in addressing a crucial challenge: toxic relationships among young people.

We don't just talk about feelings: we provide concrete tools to analyze control dynamics, recognize signs of manipulation, and promote a culture of free and consensual romantic relationships.

    NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AND AWARENESS-RAISING

Many young people are in toxic relationships without even realizing it. And that is the first step towards violence.
EchoLove is an Erasmus+ research project created to tackle a silent reality: emotional manipulation, which often goes unnoticed. Those who experience it often fail to recognize it, and those who perpetrate it are sometimes unaware of their actions. But the consequences are very real: isolation, loss of self-esteem, progressive control, and, in many cases, an escalation of violence that can lead to tragic outcomes.
Our goal is to break this cycle. We provide teachers and educators with toolkits, research, and educational activities to shed light on these dynamics. Because teaching young people to recognize manipulation means preventing violence. It means giving them back the freedom to love without fear.

"I used to think it was love..."

The words and discoveries of the young people who experienced the EchoLove project.

"It was amazing to realize that there's nothing wrong with me just because certain things don't feel right. But it ended way too soon! We really need more sessions, more spaces where we can come back and talk about it with each other whenever new things come up."
